Production Process
Approved techpacks received from brands are directly integrated into our production planning. Samples are developed swiftly, respecting the specific design language and technical requirements; through both physical samples and high-resolution photo-approvals, mass production never commences without formal customer confirmation. We operate with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 300 units per color and variation. Quality and product consistency are our core priorities throughout the entire lifecycle. Our facility features a fully integrated workflow including cutting, sewing, accessory application, ironing, packaging, and quality control, ensuring total control and maximum efficiency at every stage. With a monthly capacity of 75,000 – 100,000 units, ANT MODA is a SEDEX-certified manufacturer, dedicated to global export excellence.
Sampling & Development
Approved techpacks received from brands are directly integrated into our production planning. Samples are developed swiftly, strictly adhering to the specific design language, technical requirements, and application standards. During the sampling phase, detailed visual documentation of the products is provided via email. When necessary, physical samples are dispatched to the brand for further evaluation. All feedback regarding samples is meticulously processed to enhance the final product quality. Once approved, these samples serve as the definitive reference for mass production.
Quality control
Quality Control & Packaging: Quality control is implemented as an integral part of our production process. Sewing, ironing, packaging, and quality control operations are managed within a fully integrated structure. Every manufactured item enters the quality control stage immediately following the ironing process. Products are meticulously inspected for stitching, form, measurements, and surface details; they are only cleared for packaging and shipment after formal approval from the Quality Control Supervisor. This system guarantees that all products fully meet the final quality standards prior to dispatch.
Ironing & Packaging
Ironing & Packaging: Ironing and packaging processes are executed as a seamless extension of the production workflow. Due to sewing and ironing-packaging operations being located within the same facility, finished products are moved directly to the ironing stage. Each item is prepared using professional ironing techniques tailored to its fabric composition and design specifications. Once the ironing process is complete, products are packaged in accordance with their specific requirements following quality control approval and prepared for shipment.
Lead Time & Delivery
Delivery and lead time processes are planned in accordance with the product’s design complexity and fabric specifications. For initial orders, the average lead time is 6 weeks, covering both product development and manufacturing phases. For repeat orders of approved designs, production processes are optimized to offer an average 4-week lead time. All scheduling is notified to the brand in advance and executed based on mutual agreement.
Logistics & Shipment
Logistics & Shipment: Logistics and shipment processes are planned with a focus on product safety and lead time sensitivity. All shipments are carried out only for products that have received final quality control approval. Brand-specific packaging and labeling solutions are implemented in line with project requirements. Depending on the brand’s request, shipments can be organized as full shipments or partial shipment options. All logistics operations are managed in full compliance with international trade standards.
Supply Chain & Certification
Supply Chain & Standards: ANT MODA selects all suppliers and business partners involved in the production processes from companies holding certifications compliant with European standards. Quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance are the core criteria in fabric, accessory, and application processes. All operations are managed in line with the principles of quality continuity and transparency.
Export-Oriented Production
Export & Market Focus: ANT MODA conducts its production operations with a complete export-oriented focus. The majority of our shipments are destined for the European market. With a monthly capacity of 75,000 – 100,000 successful deliveries, our company plans its production processes in line with the quality expectations of the target market.
